adults in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our mobile
home and RV residents have an active social
schedule. Our cul-de-sacs have 4 homes in each
which provides spacious living and a cozy

South Park Social Schedule & Ammenities
Our beautiful Community Center is used for the
majority of our Park's activities. The residents
meet daily in a comfortable setting to share
stories along with coffee & delicious homemade
desserts. Puzzles, crafts and card games take
place in our cozy fireplace room. The Annual
BBQ & Christmas Parties are a great opportunity
to socialize and make new friends. Internet
Options are available for the mobile home & RV
residents as well as a Lending Library, Exercise
Equipment and Pool Tables. The Center is
available to the residents for private functions.
Our crystal clear outdoor pool is heated to 82
degrees and is open from Memorial Day to Labor
Day. The clean Laundry & Shower Facilities are
open 24 hours a day.
